If you’re in a bind, you can even use duct tape around a paint roller, sticky side out.
Rubber
One of the best cleaning hacks for pet hair is a rubber broom! They’re ideal for carpeted floors or homes with large area rugs. Instead of using a squeegee, which would get you down on the floor, a rubber-bristle broom have a long handle to save your back and knees, and can get really deep into carpets and get up even the most stubborn hair, even the hair the vacuum doesn’t pick up.
Rubber gloves, like the ones you wash dishes with, are also great for removing pet hair! You can use gloves to clean smaller things, like a scratching post, pet bed, or even your pets themselves. Just put on the glove, dampen it a little, run your hand over the surface, and watch all the pet hair clump up.
